Keystone Properties Group is a major player in the New York real estate arena. Our focus is to purchase investment properties anywhere from one, two or three family homes, to acquiring land and developing, or purchasing larger multifamily buildings. We specialize in both short term real estate investments such as purchasing foreclosure, bank owned, or distressed properties, doing a complete rehab and remarketing the real estate for resale; And long term real estate investments such as purchasing larger multifamily buildings that go into our buy and hold portfolio.

We primarily invest in New York and its boroughs, with a strong presence in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. At KPG we look for innovative ways to grow our portfolio, whether we are the sole investor/developer on a project, or a strategic partnership with other investors, or even a joint venture with a property owner – we are open to accommodate and be flexible to make a deal happen.
